What Hi Coffer does
It finds digital assets (identification), decides what (classification) goes into the vault (distinction) and how it is stored (management/maintenance) (vaulting).The digital vault protects the user's digital assets directly and indirectly, and enables their safe use.
Identification
The number/size/attributes of folders and files on storage media and devices connected to the device, and the device status, are checked.
Classification
Files are divided into standard categories by nature and type.
Distinction
Duplicates, old versions, authentic-copy candidates and locations of sensitive data are identified.
Management/Maintenance
Items with harmful attributes (phishing/decoy/corrupted) and lost/damaged items are quarantined, then verified/acted on by the user.
Vaulting
Only digital assets (data/information) chosen/selected by the user are stored with encryption/original fingerprinting (SHA-256).
